How we Ship our products?
We believe in fair shipping.
DOMESTIC USPS PRIORITY RATES
$9 On Orders Up to $45
$15 On Orders up to $75
$22 On Orders Over $75
Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping out with USPS priority mail. We will do our best to process orders quickly but cannot account for delays by the shipping vendor.
Most orders will ship out the following business day from the day the order was placed. On some rare occasions or when we have many orders, it may take 1-3 business days to fulfill orders.
What are your return and refund policies?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our soap. Please keep in mind due to handcrafted products' delicate nature, unfortunately, we cannot accept return products. We put detailed descriptions on each item to know what you are buying and using; please read each product thoroughly before purchasing. We do our best to give descriptions for each product. However, if you are still unsure about the scent, I'd be happy to provide a more detailed explanation at your request. There will be NO RETURNS or NO REFUNDS on any items. If an item(s) have been damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
